So, last week I decided to start the “Smoothie Habit” because I want to drop caffeine entirely.
I love drinking smoothies and shakes but before, I’d rather spend money on store-bought ones than make them myself because I thought it was tedious.. Peeling fruits, crushing ice and cleaning the blender seemed like a CHORE.
But as my desperation to get rid of coffee heightened, I figured I needed a healthier alternative for it aside from tea: juicing or blending.
If you dont like pulps and dont mind cleaning up then juicing is a perfect choice. As for me, I dont mind the fruit pulp since it’s also fiber, and as for cleaning after, there’s a personal blender so you can just blend then replace the blade with the bottle lid and just go.
I dont know how long I can keep this habit, but I’m drinking ice cold frapuccino as I’m typing this… Haaa.
Anyhow, blending is fun! Will try to do it everyday.
